Enquiry information

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, mobile number, selected service, message, and consent are stored in Firebase so VinfoNette can review and respond to your enquiry. Course enquiry forms collect your name, mobile number, selected course, and consent. Only authorised administrators can view submissions.

Website operation

Firebase provides the database, administrator sign-in, and uploaded-image storage. Vercel hosts the website. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Basic request data may be processed by these providers to operate their services. A hashed request identifier is used to limit contact-form abuse.

Your device preferences

Popup dismissal preferences may be stored on your device. Avoid submitting sensitive identity numbers or confidential employment documents through the contact form.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, engagement, and counts of successfully submitted enquiries after you choose Allow analytics. It uses cookies and processes technical information such as your browser, device, and approximate location. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, and enquiry references are not sent to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled.

Choose Essential only to browse without Analytics. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your preference is stored on this device for 180 days. Declining Analytics does not affect the contact form or other services.

Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings after you allow analytics. It processes device and interaction information to help improve public information pages. Recording is excluded from contact forms, admin pages, and URLs or referrers containing query strings or fragments. Form inputs are masked and advertising consent is denied.
